Maldives, 1 September 2025 – This October, Atmosphere Kanifushi's award-winning Just Veg Festival returns for its 5th anniversary edition, reaffirming that plant-based dining is anything but ordinary. From 3rd to 9th October 2025, guests will savour a daring new menu curated by Chef Fabrizio Marino, the celebrated Tuscan pioneer of creative vegetarian and vegan fine dining.
Known for transforming humble fruits, herbs, and vegetables into bold, imaginative masterpieces, Chef Fabrizio brings his artistry back to the Maldives, serving up experiences that are at once delicate, vibrant, and rule-breaking.
This celebration continues the tradition of award-winning hospitality at Atmosphere Kanifushi, which has consistently raised the bar for luxury resort experiences in the Maldives.

Food, Wine & Philosophy
"Food should thrill you. It should challenge what you think you know," says Chef Fabrizio. "At Just Veg Festival, I find the freedom to experiment and surprise—creating something worth remembering."
Each dish from Chef Fabrizio's Just Veg Festive menu will be paired with vintages from five renowned wine houses. This year introduces Bottega SpA, Italy's award-winning lifestyle winery, offering not only fine wines but also three artisanal Grappas—a first for the festival. Joining them are:

- Bodegas Viñátigo
- Glenelly Estate
- Martín Códax
Together, they craft a dialogue between plate and glass that elevates every bite. This sophisticated approach to wine pairing reflects the broader evolution of luxury culinary experiences that push creative boundaries.
