Yakimono Night: Chef Son Pham at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Mumbai, March 9, 2023 – Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

The Soul Company and Ardbeg present Yakimono Night with Chef Son Pham to give you a taste of Japan. The Japanese word yakimono refers to foods cooked over direct fire.

This series brings together the top chefs to offer a delicious celebration of cuisine cooked over fire: crisp, smokey, and savoury!Episodes 1 and 2 are now complete, and the curtain has been raised for the finale of Yakimono Nights, which will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai's San:Qi, a stylishly modern pan-Asian restaurant.

Visitors may enjoy some of the most famous Yakimono dishes in Japan, prepared by Chef Son Pham, who has extensive culinary expertise from his time at NOMA and has opened restaurants in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Chef Son Pham has always had an eye for the extraordinary, and visitors may appreciate his culinary flare in the season finale of this Yakimono voyage.This one-night-only event will feature an eight-course tasting menu highlighting Japanese grilling techniques with a touch of Chef Son Pham's Vietnamese side.

In addition to three carefully chosen cocktails, diners may also enjoy three specialty drinks.

The event will take place on Saturday, 11th March 2023, at 7:30 PM onwards at San:Qi Upper Level, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.
