On a leisurely Sunday afternoon, the usual combining of exotic drupes with liquor filled the air with joyous celebration.

Chef Kamath and his team ensured copious amounts of elixir were infused into the assortment of nuts and candied fruits, so imbuing the event with a mysterious aura.Guests took turns stirring this exuberant mixture and initiating the Christmas celebrations.

The labour of love will rest for a month before it is transformed into a variety of Christmas treats by December.

Guests visiting the resort throughout the holiday season will have the opportunity to indulge in this lavish feast, which includes a festive dessert table in addition to other brunch favourites.
