The Postcard Hotel by Untitled Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd Plans to Add Twenty Three New Hotels in Coming Five Years

The owner of some exciting boutique hotels in India, The Postcard Hotel which is now a well known Indian hotel brand plans to go a major expansion spree.

The Postcard Hotel has a collection of boutique holiday hotels in India and other parts of Asia including Sri Lanka and Bhutan. Untitled Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd currently has a whopping 23 hotels which are various stages of development and they plan to launch 2 new hotels in India by 2021 end.

New locations and New Hotels

This new hotel company in India is creating an exciting mix of hotels in its portfolio including one in Kundapura, Karnataka on the Maravanthe coast. There is another one in the pipeline in the beautiful climes of Mashobra in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Also in the pipeline there are hotels that would come up in Amritsar, Tirupati, Ranthambore, and Uttarakhand too. On the international front, there is a hotel in Bhutan that would be developed in 2022 as well.

The Postcard Gir Wildlife Sanctuary

During the middle of 2021, the company launched the beautiful 16 acres Gir Wildlife Sanctuary that is set in the middle of natural and wild forest of Gir. The Postcard Gir offers fifteen magnificent rooms that offer great privacy and of course the ultimate experience.

Growth Ambitions

The think tank at Untitled Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd, the entity that owns The Postcard Hotel apparently has almost Rs.1,900 crore plus worth of hotel assets signed and under various stages of construction.

They are aiming to build upto USD 3 billion worth of hotel assets under management in the coming decade or so.

Asia & the World

Currently this Indian Hotel company headquartered out of Gurugram in Haryana has multiple exciting sites in Asia including a historic property in Yangon, Myanmar and it also aims to create some amazing hotel properties and luxury hotels in Scotland, Burgundy, Ibiza and Mallorca to establish its presence globally.

With an exciting and upcoming portfolio of more than 23 hotels in India as well as outside India, The Postcard Hotel is surely moving in the right direction.
