The Four Seasons' Jean-Georges Philadelphia Receives the Honored AAA Five Diamond Rating

Jean-Georges Philadelphia, a restaurant situated on the 59th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, has been awarded the coveted AAA Five Diamond rating as a result of recent and thorough examinations by unidentified inspectors.

This distinction, which is awarded to just 0.2% of more than 30,000 AAA Diamond restaurants, places Jean-Georges Philadelphia in an exclusive club of North American restaurants delivering cutting-edge cuisine, ingredients, and preparation as well as exceptional service and settings.

"Restaurants that receive the AAA Five Diamond recognition are known to consistently exceed guests' expectations by providing them with highly personalised, unforgettable experiences, and they represent the pinnacle of the hospitality industry,"

says Nicolas Suberville, general manager of Jean-Georges Philadelphia.

We are honoured to acquire this designation less than a year after reopening our restaurant.

Chef de Cuisine Cornelia Sühr reopened Jean-Georges Philadelphia in March 2022 with two variations of the six-course tasting menu, focusing on sustainability and quality, in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Dishes are cooked with traditional French methods, while incorporating global influences and sourcing local vegetables, meats, and shellfish, using seasonal ingredients that are often indigenous to the Pennsylvania area.

With its mirrored glass atrium and panoramic vistas, Jean-Georges Philadelphia is a location where intelligent cuisine and famous design by Norman Foster converge to create a remarkable ambiance. Guests are welcome to descend the stairway covered in a waterfall to reach Jean-Georges Philadelphia, which offers 360-degree views of the cityscape of Philadelphia.

Concerning Jean-Georges Philadelphia
On the 59th level of the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten serves both signature dishes from Jean-Georges New York and new creations from Jean-Georges Philadelphia. The six-course tasting menu experience is expertly arranged and the dishes are artistically presented. Offering spectacular city views via floor-to-ceiling windows, Jean-Georges Philadelphia is a location where fine eating and beautiful architecture converge to create a memorable experience.

Regarding AAA's Diamond Program
Professional AAA inspectors have done in-person property assessments for over eight decades. AAA is the only organisation that conducts thorough, professional, on-site hotel and restaurant reviews based on member preferences. There are about 60,000 Diamond hotels and restaurants across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean in AAA's portfolio.
