Sai Kumar P. has recently been signed on as the Talent & Culture Manager for the Accor-managed Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort on 1 March 2023. Sai Kumar has over six years of experience in the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to his new position. Sai Kumar is the new HR manager for the Novotel Visakhapatnam, Varun Beach, and The Bheomili Resort. To that end, he will work closely with the cluster general manager and the team to build a positive work environment, attract and retain talented employees, and provide memorable stays for hotel guests.
