Chef Nadeem Qureshi, a seventh-generation Khansama from Lucknow renowned for his exclusive service to the Nawabs, is the esteemed Indian Chef at CUR8 at the Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru.

Chef Nadeem introduces the rich heritage of Awadhi cuisine to the centre of Bengaluru, utilising his exceptional culinary skills and legacy of culinary excellence.

Chef Nadeem Qureshi, who hails from a long lineage of Awadhi cuisine and has extensive international experience and a refined comprehension of diverse culinary, traditional Indian flavours, and techniques, is poised to delight the guests of the Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru.

The experience will transport visitors back to the royal palaces of the Middle Ages, where specialised chefs were invited to prepare a specific dish for the royals.

Chef Nadeem Qureshi will present an exquisite menu that emphasises the signature dishes and techniques that have made Awadhi cuisine famous worldwide.
