Tapajit brings to his current position a plethora of knowledge and skills from his previous experiences in India and overseas.

Tapajit's gratifying career began as a restaurant server and progressed to team leadership, during which time he collaborated with several hospitality businesses. In his previous position, he oversaw a historic property providing personalised hospitality.

Having previously worked in Goa, he is familiar with the commercial dynamics of this populous state, known for its concept restaurants and pubs.
