Savour the Monsoon's Mystique with High-Tea at the Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

What better way to commemorate the splendour of the monsoon than with a cup of flawlessly brewed tea or coffee and scrumptious snacks?

The Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, renowned for its award-winning culinary programme and innovative gastronomy, has announced the introduction of its 'MONSOON's Mystique' afternoon tea service.

This one-of-a-kind collaboration with Mokkapresso introduces a balance of flavours and fragrances designed to captivate the senses in this season. From 10th July to 10th October, guests can enjoy this seasonal high-tea experience daily at the Hotel's opulent Lobby Lounge & Terrace.

This specially curated experience is intended to transport guests to a world of elegance, where they can relax and relish the rich delicacies specially curated to complement the splendour of the season.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru offers a delightful selection of locally produced coffee. Created in collaboration with Rossette Coffee Lab, the Four Seasons Summer Monsoon Blend is a medium-roast coffee with a captivating combination of notes, including Baker's Chocolate, Golden Syrup, Nutmeg, and Rainier Cherry sourced directly from Chikmangalur farmers. This partnership also highlights the hotel's dedication to supporting local communities and providing visitors with an authentic and sustainable experience.

'MONSOON's Mystique' also offers an extensive variety of teas, from traditional mainstays such as masala and ginger chai to fruit-flavored teas. Expect an assortment of exquisite desserts and savoury treats to accompany the tea and coffee. Sandwiches and pastries for vegetarians include Pepper Mushroom Puffs with Roasted Pumpkin, Buffalo Mozzarella, Romesco on Sourdough, Apricot and Cardamom Rusk, and Strawberry Compote. Enjoy inventive desserts such as Garam Masala Brulee and Aam panna smoked raw mango with mint and cumin.

A vast assortment of non-vegetarian savoury options, such as Truffle Chicken Mousseline Brioche and Heirloom Tomato & Cheddar Cheese Sandwich on White Bread with Pesto, ensures that there is something for every taste.
