Rum Cocktail Week at Copitas at Four Seasons Bengaluru

The strength of the Indian mixology scene is the result of a synthesis of tradition, creativity, and sheer tenacity. With the moniker of "The Best Hotel Bar," Copitas, will display the forgotten heritage of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition during the Rum Cocktail Week, which runs from January 24 to February 2, 2023.

The Rum Cocktail Week will promote the winning cocktails from the 2011 Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, which revolutionised the bartending landscape and the legacies of contestants and is now an inspiration for new and aspiring Indian bartenders. Discover the inventiveness and fervour of India's top bartenders and the tales behind the winning drinks.

In the midst of the bustling celebration, Savio Fernandes, the F&B Director at Four Seasons Bengaluru, explains,

"Guests will have the opportunity to sample forgotten and nostalgic cocktails created by past winners of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition India, as well as to learn their stories and sources of inspiration. I am convinced that this event will once again present our visitors with an amazing experience."

This Cocktail Week honours the illustrious history of the Indian bartending industry.

Throughout the duration of the campaign, COPITAS, the Cocktail Bar, will offer a special menu of re-creations of the distinctive drinks of previous champions, each with its own unique backstory.
