Presenting AER Gin - A Special Partnership Between Four Seasons MUMBAI and Stranger & Sons

In a groundbreaking partnership, the iconic rooftop bar AER at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has teamed up with the internationally celebrated Indian craft gin brand, Stranger & Sons, to introduce AER Gin. This collaboration marks the first of its kind in India, where a major hotel and a craft gin brand come together to craft a bespoke spirit. AER Gin, aptly named the 'Spirit of The City by The Sea,' is inspired by Mumbai’s coastal charm and is available exclusively at AER.

Distinctive Flavor Profile of AER Gin

AER Gin blends unique coastal botanicals such as Tamarind, Kokum, and Mangosteen, distilling them to embody the essence of Mumbai's maritime allure. Specially crafted for AER, this gin delivers a fresh and saline flavor profile, offering a taste that is unmistakably Mumbai.

Acclaimed Venue Meets Maritime-Inspired Gin

AER is not only renowned for its chic nautical décor and panoramic views but has also been honored with the Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2024 for Best Ambience in a Bar and recognized by 2024 Icons of Drinks as one of the ‘Great Bars of the World’. The luxury yacht-inspired design of AER provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying the maritime-inspired flavors of AER Gin.

Curated Gin Experiences by Alexandre Renoue

Alexandre Renoue, Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, has crafted a series of 'Perfect Serves' to highlight the versatility of AER Gin. These include the delightful AER Gin Gimlet with Kokum Cordial, a spirit-forward Martini blended with an Indian wine and Vermouth, and a refreshing Gin Spritz, among others.

Stranger & Sons: Pioneers of Indian Craft Gin

Since its launch in 2018, Stranger & Sons has set the benchmark for Indian premium gins, earning multiple accolades including a top 8 global ranking at IWSC 2020. The brand has broadened its reach to over 15 countries and 9 Indian states, continually pushing the envelope in craft gin innovation.

Collaboration Comments from Industry Leaders

Sakshi Saigal, Co-founder of Stranger & Sons, commented on the collaboration -

“Having spearheaded the craft gin movement in India, we are always trying to reinvent the wheel and push boundaries with our innovations. This exclusive gin for AER Mumbai encapsulates our dedication to innovation and complements AER’s creativity and craftsmanship, along with Four Seasons’ commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences."
