Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Celebrity Nutritionist Sridevi Jasti Hosted the Incredible HEALTHY CHOICES Cook-off

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) held 'Healthful Choices' a unique interactive culinary event at the Food Exchange in conjunction with celebrity nutritionist Ms. Sridevi Jasti of Vibrant Living. The culinary presentation which coincided with the Father’s Day Sunday Brunch emphasised the significance of discovering new healthier food options and offered visitors with a nice opportunity for networking & information exchange. The cookery programme focused over the recipes of plant-based treats including smoothies, rice paper rolls, sweets, and much more.

Eating healthfully doesn't include monitoring calories rather it's all about eating a well-balanced meal full of natural sustenance and fresh foods. Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre consistently encourages healthy and sustainable culinary alternatives for its visitors. As a part of its commitment to promote soulful eating the team has now created a distinct Vegan menu (An expansion to its already existing rich Sunday Brunch Menu with superb plant-based alternatives for discerning consumers.

The event was a big success and drew a significant number of people. The Vegan menu was a tremendous success with the visitors, who were spotted enjoying a guilt-free lunch with some nice music under a gloomy sky and moderate precipitation.
