Luxury Resort Coming up in Aves Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands

An exciting concept for a luxury resort has been planned with Aves, Smith and Ross Islands locations at Andaman and Nicobar Islands having been shortlisted for this luxury development.

The NITI Aayog (It translates as Policy Commission in Hindi language) and it is a short form of National Institution for Transforming India.

The idea is to make Andaman and Nicobar Islands an exclusive destination for luxury vacations in India. As part of the NITI Aayog’s endeavor to promote the concept of island tourism in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a section of the absolutely pristine Aves Island would be converted into a luxury resort and would also have around fifty well designed tents. The whole idea of a luxury island with a luxury resort and luxury tents to go along with it creates the perfect luxury vacation destination for international tourists as well as tourists from other parts of India.

As per sources, Aves, Smith and Ross Islands have been shortlisted for this luxury island project and a comprehensive master plan for the same is in the making currently.

Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation (ANIDCO Ltd) has already submitted an application with the Union Environment Ministry requesting permissions with regards to forest clearance for the same.

The luxury tents in the planned luxury resort in Aves will have diesel generators for electricity supply as this location is away from the habituated area of Mayabundar.

All in all luxury vacation rentals in India and in Andaman and Nicobar Islands would surely get a boost as tourists from across the world would like to experience this luxury resort in the lap of nature.
