Lamborghini Unveils Redesigned Showrooms in the United States Following Record Sales in 2022

Sant 'Agata Bolognese, 02.02.2023

In January, 2023 Automobili Lamborghini debuted its new design concept with two remodelled showrooms in the United States.

Exclusive spectacular re-opening celebrations were held at Lamborghini Westlake and Lamborghini Broward, with Westlake serving the areas of north Los Angeles, Malibu, and Santa Barbara, and Broward serving the market in southern Florida.

Their presence is apparent, breaking the mould of the usual storefront with their minimalist, contemporary, and cutting-edge design that reflects the brand's key beliefs.

The Westlake and Broward showrooms demonstrate the brand's dedication to its consumers and its future aesthetic direction. In addition to unveiling its new corporate identity, the company has announced another year of record-breaking sales. The United States will continue to be the biggest single market in the world, with 2,721 cars supplied in 2022, a 10% increase over 2021. The market with the strongest performance in the United States is California, which accounts for 25 percent of total U.S. sales, followed by Florida at 19 percent. In 2023, the new Super SUV Urus Performante[1] and Urus S[2], as well as the V10 Huracán STO[3], Huracán Tecnica[4], and all-terrain Huracán Sterrato[5] will propel sales to a new level.

"As the largest global market for Lamborghini, the United States led the way to record sales in 2022, with Florida playing a critical role in the company's overall success,"

stated Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, while attending the opening of the Broward dealership on January 30.

"With this freshly remodelled retail location, we will be able to better serve and deliver an even more enhanced experience for our southern Florida clients. This is particularly crucial since the demand for luxury automobiles continues to rise and we enter a new age of electric vehicles this year."

Andrea Baldi, the CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Americas, attended the Westlake event on January 18 for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Following the company's highest sales year in its history, Lamborghini will continue to expand and innovate in 2023, according to Baldi. "California is crucial to the overall success of the company. By implementing this new retail concept, Lamborghini Westlake increases the standard for the client experience in a region with a great respect for supercars and luxury automobiles."

Both celebrations included an appearance by the Urus Performante. The Super SUV has a peak speed of 190 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 3.3 seconds. Customers have started receiving shipments at the recommended retail price of $260,670 USD.
