Hotel Per La to Open at Previous NoMad Hotel Location in Downtown Los Angeles

Hotel Per La, a new lifestyle resort developed by HN Capital Partners and Sage Hospitality, has been unveiled for the old Nomad Hotel site in Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel will begin accepting reservations on Monday, July 11 and will gradually open with rooms and a new rooftop bar concept, while a new ground-floor restaurant and café will debut in September for the property's formal launch.

Hotel Per La is a Preferred Hotels & Resorts facility located in downtown Los Angeles at 649 South Olive Street. In addition to its 241 unique guestrooms, the 12-story resort has a variety of public spaces, including 10,000 square feet of configurable event space, a new rooftop bar and pool area with views of the Los Angeles skyline launching in July, and a new ground-floor café and restaurant.

The hotel will maintain the distinguishing characteristics of the old hotel, which was located in the Giannini Building, the former Bank of Italy building constructed in 1922. Sage Studio updated and expanded the property's amenities for guests. They are collaborating closely with a number of Los Angeles-based creative partners to establish a high-end hospitality venue in the Downtown region, offering unique food and beverage concepts that emphasise community-driven dining experiences.

This hotel is ideal according to the plan. I was able to recruit Jeremy Selman as a business partner to help me execute the investment, which is a unique component of the transaction. Jeremy has vast expertise in the hospitality sector and is a genuine hotelier. Having previously worked at Sydell, he also has a comprehensive understanding of this hotel and its property. In the near future, we anticipate hotel guests.
