A distinguished alumnus of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya's illustrious career spans prestigious kitchens across Mumbai, Jaipur, and Egypt. Notably, he held key leadership positions at The Oberoi Mumbai, Rajvilas Jaipur, and Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt. Most recently, he spearheaded culinary innovation at The Bay Club, where he curated its food and beverage programme from the ground up. As Executive Chef, Aditya will oversee the hotel's entire culinary portfolio - including signature outlets like AER, Opus, and Modernist, along with banquets, in-room dining, and the hotel's growing gourmet takeaway concept.
