A distinguished alumnus of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya's illustrious career spans prestigious kitchens across Mumbai, Jaipur, and Egypt. Notably, he held key leadership positions at The Oberoi Mumbai, Rajvilas Jaipur, and Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt. Most recently, he spearheaded culinary innovation at The Bay Club, where he curated its food and beverage programme from the ground up. This rich foundation of cross-cultural experience and deep-rooted technique is what he now brings to Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

As Executive Chef, Aditya will oversee the hotel's entire culinary portfolio - including signature outlets like AER, Opus, and Modernist, along with banquets, in-room dining, and the hotel's growing gourmet takeaway concept. His mission: to blend Mumbai's vibrant local flavours with the timeless refinement of the Four Seasons brand, similar to how five-star hotels are bringing luxury dining experiences to new heights.

Chef Aditya will also mentor a new generation of chefs, shape menus that reflect the evolving tastes of global travellers and discerning locals alike, and continue the hotel's legacy as a trendsetting dining destination.
