Flavors of the Northern Valley - Exquisite Tastes at San:Qi At Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

Flavors of the Northern Valley

It is a well known fact that the cuisines of northern India are not only delicious but exquisitely nutritious too.

From 23rd February to 15th March, 2023, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai celebrates 'Flavors of the Northern Valley' at San:Qi with Chef Anil Naudiyal, head of the San:Qi Indian Kitchen, delivering a royal dining experience with timeless delights.

Chef Naudiyal is in the spotlight at the hotel's award-winning restaurant and bar San:Qi, bringing a flavour of his native Himalayan valleys to Bombay. This promotion's menu has a delectable assortment of classic and modern cuisine with a special combination of spices. Developed on the mountaintops, each meal has the best mix of flavours, created to satisfy the palates of foodies in the city.

The cuisine features a combination of traditional Kumaoni and slow-cooked Awadhi meals to satisfy the most discriminating gourmet and inspire a sense of travel. The Kumaoni areas of Uttarakhand provide not only spectacular natural beauty, but also a range of whole-grain breads with distinctive flavours, such as Chainsoo, Nalli Awadhi, Aloo Gobi Adraki, and Chainsoo.

The renowned "Bal mithai" dessert provides a delightful, sweet finish to a delicious dinner. Local ingredients and culinary methods that are basic, rustic, and anchored in tradition are elevated in Chef Naudiyal's dishes to create a remarkable sensory fusion of flavours and sensations.

This limited-edition menu will be available at San:Qi from 23rd February to 15th March, 2023.

For reservations, connect with San:Qi at +91 77100 33143 or +91 22 2481 8000.
