Experience Authentic Vietnamese Flavours with Chef Huyen Nguyen at Episode 2 of Novotel Mumbai International Airport

Episode 2 of Novotel Mumbai International Airport's Visiting Maestros features Vietnamese cuisine prepared by Chef Huyen Nguyen, and an exhibition of Vietnamese art curated by The Asian Art House.

At the impending event Vietnam to Mumbai, Executive Chef Huyen Nguyen from Pullman Phu Quyc Beach Resort will provide an immersive experience that combines the tantalising flavours of Vietnamese cuisine with a celebration of art and culture.

Food Exchange Mumbai, Novotel Mumbai International Airport, proudly presents the second episode of 'Visiting Maestros' from the 25th of August to the 2nd of September, 2023. It is intended to transport your taste receptors to the bustling streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Chef Huyen, a native of Vietnam, will be your culinary guide throughout this extraordinary voyage.

Indulge in traditional Vietnamese dishes prepared by Chef Huyen herself, such as the iconic Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Crepe) and the tantalising Bánh M (Vietnamese Baguette). The festival also features live stations serving a variety of beverages, including the refreshing Da Ti (Fresh Coconut) and the aromatic Nc Sam (Herbal Tea), as well as the innovative fusion Pho Cocktail.

As you savour these flavours, live music inspired by Vietnam will play in the background. As a tribute to the cultural identity of Vietnam, the restaurant's staff will don Vietnamese hats and Ao Dai attire to complete the ambiance.

During this nine-day spectacle, you will not only enjoy the rich tapestry of Vietnamese gastronomic heritage, but you will also be treated to an artistic display. The event has collaborated with Mr. Rajat Mittra's co-founded The Asian Art House to curate an exhibition of Vietnamese art that is available exclusively at The Asian Art House.

This partnership adds a thrilling dimension to the festival, allowing you to celebrate Vietnamese culture through a fusion of cuisine, art, and music.

The festival provides a sensory experience that encapsulates the essence of Vietnam's culinary and cultural heritage. Don't pass up the chance to participate in this exceptional celebration!
