DoubleTree by Hilton Goa - Panaji's Thai Food Festival 

The DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji is hosting a tantalising Thai Food Festival at its restaurant Comida, much to the delight of city dwellers. Chef Kitti Kaewsakul, a competent chef from Bangkok's renowned Thai Cooking Academy, will make real flavours of the cuisine from the 5th to the 12th of February, 2023.

At the eight-day celebration, Chef Kitti and the resort's culinary staff will serve a variety of traditional meals made with delectable ingredients. On the menu will include well-known Thai dishes such as Tom Kha soup, Pad thai noodles, and Deep Fried Sea Bass with Fish Sauce, as well as lesser-known dishes such as Kung Op Woon-Sen, Eggplant stir-fried with garlic and basil leaves, Kanom Pung Nha Moo, and others.

Guests may indulge in drool-worthy Thai sweets such as Young Coconut Sago, Bua Loy (Rice ball in Coconut milk), and Pumpkin with egg custard after a spicy savoury course.
