A New Chapter in Bengaluru's Cocktail Culture

Perched on the 21st floor, it was the first bar in the city to feature on the prestigious Asia's 50 Best Bars list. Now, it opens a new chapter with a music inspired cocktail menu - a collection that brings sound and flavour together in a multi-sensory celebration.

Where Music Meets Mixology

The idea is rooted in the timeless connection between cocktails and music. From the Martini filled speakeasies of the Jazz Age to the rum soaked salsa clubs of Havana, drinks and music have always shared the stage. Copitas reimagines this relationship for today's Bengaluru, curating cocktails that move through eras - jazz, disco, blues and modern electronica. Each creation is a tribute to a genre, inviting guests to not just sip, but also listen.

"At Four Seasons, our vision has always been to craft experiences that linger far beyond the evening," shares Kazim Mehdi, Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru. "With this menu, we have made music and cocktails converse - memory and flavour blending into one rhythm." This innovative approach follows the recent appointment of Kazim Mehdi as the new Director of Food & Beverage at the hotel.

Signature Cocktails That Sing

Among the highlights of this new collection:

  • Rasamary – A Pop Anthem Vodka meets smoky peated malt, with tangy tomato and rasam powder leading the chorus. Lemongrass and chili add a playful beat - refreshing, vibrant and unapologetically local.
  • Shokunin – A Disco Groove Gin and Campari form the base rhythm, layered with cacao nibs, coffee and beetroot. The result is a tropical chocolaty cocktail that is indulgent yet smooth, echoing the flamboyant pulse of disco.
  • Chord and Crisp – A Blues Ballad Bar Manager Sher Thakur's personal favourite, this soulful creation blends vodka with thyme and Parmesan for savoury depth, balanced by watermelon and lime. Clean, herbaceous and expressive - like the blues itself.

A Menu Designed as Art

In true Four Seasons style, the cocktail menu is itself a tactile keepsake. Designed like vintage greeting cards, each fold reveals cocktail stories, illustrations of local ingredients and collectible CD style coasters featuring lyric fragments. It is more than a menu - it is memorabilia.

With this music led menu, Copitas reaffirms its position as Bengaluru's most iconic cocktail destination. Here, a night is not just about having a drink - it is about a symphony of flavours, a rhythm of storytelling and an experience that lingers long after the music fades.
