October 18th, 2024 – International hospitality leader Atmosphere Core has made two strategic leadership appointments to reinforce its commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and nurturing a people-first culture. Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch returns as General Manager of RAAYA by Atmosphere, while Milan Mookerjee joins as Vice President of Human Resources.
These appointments reflect Atmosphere Core's continuous effort to enhance operations across its three brands and nine resorts.

Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch:
Leading RAAYA by Atmosphere with Passion and Expertise A familiar figure in the Atmosphere Core family, Maurice Lucien Van Den Bosch brings over 24 years of expertise in luxury resort management to his role as General Manager of RAAYA by Atmosphere. Drawing from his Australian roots, Maurice is known for his leadership style that combines inclusivity, adventure, and dynamic hospitality. His leadership experience spans the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and the Caribbean, where he consistently exceeded profit targets and successfully managed diverse teams.
Maurice, who previously held leadership roles at OZEN LIFE MAADHOO and Atmosphere Kanifushi, is excited to return to Atmosphere Core. He will focus on curating personalized guest experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.
