On the 6th of August, 2024, my family and I visited the newly opened Garden Al Fresco at The Fern, Goregaon. As a family of vegetarians, we were curious about how well the restaurant could cater to our dietary preferences. We were delightfully surprised by the extraordinary lengths to which Executive Chef Sanjiv Kumar and his amazing team went to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.

The decor, with its plush textures, rich colors, and refined wood and metal accents, exuded warmth and sophistication. We savored dishes like the pull apart cheese bread with garlic aioli and basil pesto, wild mushroom bao filled with exotic mushrooms including truffle, and the mockmeat Irani keema brioche pav, which offered a delightful vegan twist on traditional flavors.
