The Cannes Yachting Festival is one of Europe's most renowned on-water yacht events, especially for its presentation of large sailing vessels.

This year that is from September 12 to September 17, 2023, the festival will be held at two locations in Cannes: Vieux Port and Port Canto.

Key Characteristics and Highlights:

Eclectic Boat Display:

The festival is renowned for its eclectic exhibit of approximately 650 sailboats and motorboats, monohulls and multihulls, rigid and semi-rigid hulls, spanning in length from 5 to 48 metres. If these vessels are shorter than 10 metres, they are either on water or on land.

Vieux Port:

Vieux Port is one of the earliest harbours on the French Riviera and enjoys a prime location in the centre of Cannes. It functions as an exhibit for motor boats, along with a newly created floating space known as "The small boat area," which is dedicated to 8- to 11-meter motor boats.

Port Canto:

On the opposite side of the Croisette, Port Canto is the location of the Sailing Area. In addition, it will contain a "brokerage" area for pre-owned vessels longer than 22 metres. In addition, it will be the location of the "toys" and will accommodate 100 large sailing vessels, making it the largest sailing exhibition in the world.

The Luxury Gallery:

Inside the Palais des Festivals in Vieux Port is the Luxury Gallery, a space devoted to luxury, craftsmanship, and lifestyle. It enables visitors to discover well-known brands and lesser-known actors with exceptional products and distinctive expertise.

Sea Trials: During sea trials, the event gives attendees the opportunity to steer exceptional vessels.

Transportation: A free land-based and water-based shuttle service connects the two terminals for visitor convenience.
