The Lund Collection by Bergman Design House: Have You Discovered it Yet?

Bergman Design House, founded by Marie Soliman and Albin Berglund, has won several awards for their work, and their first project together was the design, construction, and upkeep of the Lund Collection.

The apartment, located between Chipping Norton and Great Tew in south-central England, opened in the spring of 2022 and is perfect for a romantic break, a group vacation, or a solo adventure in the coldest month of the year. Guests may relax and feel at ease with the fully stocked bar, welcome box, and Swedish Moccamaster coffee machine.

Marie and Albin have selected several relaxing options for their visitors at The Lund Collection. Birdwatching, organic farm tours, and environmental walks are just some of the activities that may be enhanced by the co-founders of Bergman Design House. Guests may also choose for a "digital detox," in which case the home will be stripped of all electronics and Wi-Fi before they arrive and a safe place will be given for them to store their phones throughout their stay. In addition, Broadway Market and Daylesford Farm are just a few minutes' drive, where guests may get the freshest organic produce directly from local farmers.

The private residence created by Bergman Design House is an exceptional example of the studio's work, with a curated collection of original artwork, antiques, and new, handcrafted furniture from the studio's Black Berg Collection. To name just a few examples, visitors may come across 17th-century Chinese ceramics, an 18th-century marital armoire repurposed as a drinks cabinet, and a modern deep-soaking tub.

The property has precious antiquities from all around the world, as well as works by artists including Amir Fallah, Damien Elwes, Christabel Forbes, Cece Philips, and John Swannel.
