San Diego Based Thirty Three Threads Obtains Cache Valley, Utah Based Vooray International

Thirty Three Threads, the parent company of sportswear brands TAVI, ToeSox, and Base 33, has obtained Vooray International, a manufacturer of duffel bags, backpacks, totes, and accessories. Thirty Three Threads' ambition of category expansion prompted the purchase of Vooray.
