An indulgent cold table will feature Osetra caviar paired with Truffle Jalebi, Parmesan and Malabar Pepper Mathri, and Shrimp Masala Toast—delicate expressions that set the tone for what lies ahead. • Three Taste Sequence – Earth, Forest, Water: ash-cooked tomatoes with sea buckthorn pearls, wild mushrooms on pine embers, and Himalayan trout with mustard and wakame pakora.

• Laal Maas 'Mexico to Mathania': Aravali lamb reimagined with Bejad roti.
