Ochama by Chinese Online Retail Giant, JD.com Has Robots Delivering The Goods

The first physical stores by the Chinese online retail giant, JD.com have just opened in Europe. They are located located in Leiden and Rotterdam in the Netherlands with two more stores in the pipeline near Amsterdam and Utrecht.

Ochama is a new age robotic operated retailer wherein online orders placed by customers are satisfied by robots who prepare the parcels and complete the home delivery service. Customers can find clothing brands like Men fashion items or Women's dresses, household goods, furniture, beauty and food too. Robots pick and pack orders received via the store’s app or its website ensuring a hassle free deliverey.
