Manchester Headquartered Luxury Retailer Hervia Bought by Rami Cassis, The Founder of Parabellum Investments

Rami Cassis, the founder of the investment company Parabellum Investments, has obtained luxury apparel brand Hervia.

Cassis said that he intends to lead Hervia into its next development phase by exploring new markets, such as childrenswear, and creating new relationships with up-and-coming designers in the United Kingdom, France, and Italy.

Additionally, he intends to improve the retailer's customer service by investing in its online platform.

Cassis said in a statement,

"I've always had a strong interest in fashion, so this is an excellent chance for me to combine my commercial knowledge with my personal enthusiasm."

Hervia has a deep history as a brand and solid commercial foundations, and our ambitious ambitions are built on driving future organic development and pursuing potential acquisitions.

Hervia was formed in 1993 in Manchester by Oscar Pinto-Hervia, who will remain as CEO and maintain a share in the firm after the transaction.

In addition to its online business, Hervia maintains a physical location in Manchester named Hervia Bazaar.

The firm distributes clothing, jewellery, and accessories designed by Raf Simons, Maison Margiela, Rick Owens, and Yohji Yamamoto, among others.

In addition to Hervia's flagship shop and online platform, the agreement covers the management of the Adidas Y-3 flagship store in London's Mayfair district.

The creator of Hervia, Pinto-Hervia, said,

"It's an exciting moment for Hervia as we strive to onboard new, innovative companies and establish more locations."

"I was impressed with [Cassis'] zeal, and his ambitions for Hervia's expansion coincide with our ambitious business goals. His impressive track record of developing and managing enterprises makes him an ideal candidate to guide us through the next phase of development."
