Steven Barbery, who was the SVP of timepieces, has recently been promoted to the newly created role of president of licensing and timepieces. The group wants to aim at acquiring the worldwide exclusive licensing rights for all fashion categories from leading global luxury brands.

Steven Barbery is known for his hard work and skills that he put in to bring the group as the largest distributor of luxury fashion Swiss Made watches in North America. He will now onwards see all the operations of  MadaLuxe licensing arm in addition to MadaLuxeTime.com. An e-commerce platform for all their timepieces, which will soon be a multi-category full-line business. The company looks forward to expanding into new categories and area of operations.

Mr Barbery had joined the firm back in 2017 to establish a watch division when the company had acquired exclusive distribution rights of luxury Maisons like Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo and Versus Versace watches in the United States. This portfolio further increased when they got Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom along with other luxury watch stores on board too.

Last year, the group also secured North America distribution rights for Fendi Timepieces.
