Luxury Real Estate Brand Engel & Volkers Opens An Office in Douglas, Michigan, United States

DOUGLAS — A global luxury real estate brand is expanding to Michigan, opening its newest location in Douglas.

Engel & Völkers opened its first Michigan location, Engel & Völkers Shoreline, earlier this month at 23 Center St. in Douglas.

The shop will serve communities along the Lake Michigan shore from Holland to the Indiana border, including Douglas, Saugatuck, Holland and Fennville. 

The brokerage will be led by Carly Jones, who is a founding advisor of Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore. Jones is joined by Jennifer Ames, Karen Arenson and Paul Lazarre as co-license partners.

“Michigan’s shoreline has long been an attractive getaway destination for people from Chicago and Michigan metropolitan areas,” Jones stated in a press release.
