Jonathan Bottomley is appointed Global Chief Marketing Officer of American Fashion Company Calvin Klein

The American fashion business Calvin Klein has hired Jonathan Bottomley as its new chief marketing officer. Beginning on June 6th, Mr. Bottomley will report to Trish Donnelly, CEO of PVH Americas and Calvin Klein Global. He will be responsible for marketing to consumers.

Mr. Bottomley, a former CMO of Ralph Lauren, has served as CMO at Boll & Branch, an L-Catterton portfolio firm, and Virtue, the creative arm of Vice Media in New York.

Ms. Donnelly said in a statement, "Jonathan is a highly experienced and transformative marketing executive. He has a demonstrated track record of establishing global teams able to respond to the possibilities presented by a digitally-driven marketing mix, as well as the ability to match commercial and aspirational brand components. Jonathan's leadership will help us win with consumers and boost our brand's relevance by capitalising on the Calvin Klein brand's strengths.
