India Sotheby's International Realty Chooses Gagan Randev as Executive Director

In some important news from the Indian luxury real estate market, India Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR) has appointed Gagan Randev as executive director.
Gagan Randev will lead India SIR's company’s efforts in the real estate capital markets business focusing on asset sales across different asset classes, land, funding, and cross border initiatives.

Amit Goyal, CEO of India Sotheby’s International Realty welcomed Gagan Randev to the India SIR family and confirmed that Gagan has come into the team with an agenda of forming a strong commercial real estate vertical and generating a healthy revenue from it. He believes that the strong relationship and network that Gagan has with real estate developers will help expand the residential sales practice of India SIR too.

Gagan Randev also expressed his pleasure in joining the India SIR team and said that he is excited to lead the commercial real estate vertical for India Sotheby's. He is also keen to lend his expertise in increasing the luxury real estate project portfolio of India Sir with the use of his vast contacts. He is also keen, he said, to take advantage of Sotheby’s excellent global network for international associations and mandates.
