Known for his inventive interpretation of Italian cuisine, Di Costanzo champions ethically sourced ingredients and cultural storytelling in every dish. His legacy at the resort extends beyond his week-long residency. Di Costanzo has also designed an exclusive year-round menu at Blu Beach Club, available nightly to only two tables of four guests—a truly intimate affair where fine Italian dining meets the magic of the Maldivian seascape.
