With nearly two decades of experience in wellness and spa management, Ranjitha is set to infuse the hotel’s spa offerings with a fresh wave of innovation and excellence, reinforcing the brand's commitment to providing unmatched guest experiences.

An Ayurvedic doctor and certified Komyo Reiki professional, Ranjitha joins Four Seasons Bengaluru from The Leela Bhartiya City Hotel & Residences, where she successfully managed the spa, creating a rejuvenating atmosphere with yoga, meditation sessions, and comprehensive spa treatment menus. Prior to this, she spent over a decade at The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa in Bangalore as a Wellness Consultant and Spa Manager.

Her extensive career also includes international experience, having served as a Spa Consultant and Trainer at The Ross Spa in Wichita Falls, Texas, USA, and as Spa Manager at the Country Club Hotel in Bur Dubai. Additionally, Ranjitha has held key roles as a Wellness Consultant at an Ayurvedic resort in Kerala and as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Cida de Goa, a 5-star deluxe resort.

As Spa Manager at Four Seasons Bengaluru, Ranjitha will oversee all wellness and spa operations, ensuring that guests receive unparalleled, rejuvenating experiences. Her role includes maintaining high standards of service, financial accountability, and operational efficiency, all while inspiring her team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
