Ekta World and Xanadu Realty Join Hands to Sell Luxury Flats in Mumbai Suburbs

Real estate marketing firm Xanadu Realty and well known real estate developer Ekta World have confirmed their association recently. Xanadu Realty will now market and sell Ekta World's luxury properties in Bandra, Khar and Santacruz. All these locations are prime areas in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The avrage ticket size of these luxury homes for sale is around Rs. 10 crores and they go up to Rs. 50 crores. These prime residential luxury homes are in sub locations like Pali Hill in Bandra west and other super premium areas of Khar west and Santacruz west.

The entire luxury real estate portfolio of Ekta World which has been developed in premium micro locations in Mumbai is supposed to have a sale value of more than Rs. 400 crores easily.
