Discover the Astonishing Emera Cyborg Exoskeleton Tourbillon Watch

The new Swiss watch brand Emera is the result of a collaboration between an inventive designer and a skilled artisan. Built particularly for the case of the Emera Cyborg Exoskeleton watch, the 60-second tourbillon is the first chapter of the brand's future super movements. The movement is comprised of 177 separate parts and has a 44-hour power reserve. It was precisely fabricated and hand-decorated. It vibrates at a pace of 28,800 per hour at a frequency of 4 Hz.

The movement of the Emera Cyborg Exoskeleton watch is designed to precisely match the case. The unconventional dial hides the mechanism and has a number of novelties.
It is composed of forty carbon scales with a thickness of 0.30 mm. The design of the carbon composite "Reptile Gold" was influenced by patterns noticed on exotic snakes. The bronze particles in the carbon fibre distinguish between scales. Due of its uniqueness, each watch is a separate item.

In Emera's workshop, each component of the casing and mechanism is assembled. There are two sapphire crystals in the case. The raw material for sapphire crystal comes from Switzerland. The tourbillon is visible through the second sapphire crystal at six o'clock. The hypercar-inspired caseback has engine vent-like curves. A titanium case protects the internal tourbillon mechanism from the environment.

The pin buckle is made from Grade 5 Titanium and is aerodynamically designed. The bracelet is made by a Parisian leather-goods manufacturer.
