The Bahamas leading developers of condominium residences, Aristo Developers have initiated a new beachfront luxury real estate project named ‘Aqualina’ which is an 11-storey floor-to-ceiling luxury residential building right by the aesthetic Cable Beach.

The $100 million luxury real estate project has been labelled as the ‘most exquisite jewel in the crown of Aristo luxury residences.’

This luxury condo offers a total of 27 units with the option of choosing from 3100 square feet 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms residences to a 9400 square feet spacious penthouse. The pre-construction value of residences starts at USD 2.55 million.

Founder and President of Aristo, Jason Kinsale claimed that ‘Aqualina’ has been designed in a way to generate the greatest airflow, be it in terms of air conditioning systems, filtration or ventilation in residences and public spaces.
