Annual Revenue Rise of 21% For Italian Luxury Group Aeffe, Including Significant Growth in the United States of America

Italian Luxury Group Aeffe announced a 20.6 percent gain in fiscal 2021 sales as the Italian luxury business continues its recovery from the epidemic.

Its yearly sales were 324.6 million euros, up from 269.1 million euros in 2020, when it was severely impacted by international trade restrictions.

However, revenue was still down 7.6 percent from pre-Covid 2019 levels.

The US market gleams

Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, and Pollini are among the luxury group's brands. Sales in the United States (up 41.4 percent), Greater China (up 23 percent), and Continental Europe all increased significantly (up 24.5 percent).

Italy, the group's home market, had a 15% increase in sales to 132.1 million euros.

Income from prêt-à-porter climbed 11.5 percent to 220.2 million euros, while revenue from footwear and leather items increased 30.2 percent to 139.9 million euros.

Aeffe executives expressed satisfaction with the company's double-digit revenue growth and the good contribution of all their brands, both in the wholesale and retail channels, which was aided by the consolidation of their online presence.
