An Extraordinary Tree-lighting Ceremony Marks The Onset of The Holiday Season at The Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach

The holiday season is here, and the air is filled with the Christmas spirit. Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach had its annual tree-lighting event to mark the beginning of the holiday season and spread Christmas pleasure.

In addition to important local periodicals, bloggers, in-house guests, outlet guests, and the Novotel crew attended the celebration. This year, the hotel opted for a recycled-bottle Christmas tree that was environmentally friendly.

The centrepiece of the event was the environmentally friendly Christmas tree constructed from recycled bottles that was displayed in the hotel's lobby. Special dance performances by Shiva and her team from the Step Up dance group and Christmas carols performed by Paul, Neha, and their team from Vizag music added to the excitement of the occasion.

The culinary crew designed a unique menu for the evening that includes Christmas specialities such as turkey spring roll, mince pie, tapenade, ginger bread, and cookies, among others. Additionally, the hotel supplied specially made mulled wine for the occasion. The evening concluded on a pleasant note with attendees receiving traditional plum cake and homemade biscuits.
