The iconic actor secured a 10,000 sq ft land parcel from The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) for Rs 10 crore, a deal finalized recently. This purchase is part of the 'A Alibaug' project, a 20-acre plotted development launched in April of the previous year.

Alibaug, known for its pristine beaches like Alibag Beach and Varsoli Beach, has long been a prime location for India's affluent, attracting a constellation of stars who have made it their retreat away from the bustling city life of Mumbai.

Celebrity homeowners in Alibaug include Shah Rukh Khan with his opulent Deja Vu Farms, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma who own a luxurious 4 BHK villa, and the duo Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh who recently invested Rs 22 crore in a sprawling bungalow.

Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan, also bought 1.5 acres of farmland there last year.
